At Alto del Carmen, we bottle the essence of the Andes Mountains to create a pisco unlike any other. Born in the heart of the Huasco Valley—Chile’s northernmost pisco-producing region—our craft is shaped by nature’s purity, tradition, and innovation.
Founded in the shadow of the majestic Carmen Alto mountain, Alto del Carmen draws its name and inspiration from the breathtaking landscapes that surround us. We are proud to uphold the legacy of Chilean pisco, a tradition rooted in centuries of viticulture and distillation, yet driven by a spirit of evolution. At Toll House Spirits, sustainability is at the forefront of everything we do. Discover how we prioritize eco-friendly practices in our production process and strive to minimize our environmental impact.
We use only Muscat grapes—specifically the Alexandria and Pink varieties—grown in the high-altitude vineyards of the Huasco Valley. Thanks to the region’s intense sunlight, pure waters, and dramatic diurnal temperature shifts, our grapes develop the ideal aroma and sweetness for premium pisco production.
